Fruit Punch Recipes

Below are the ingredients you would need to make 6 cups or 12 servings of a fruit punch:

  • 3 cups unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled.
  • ¾ cup apricot nectar, chilled
  • 2 bananas, chunked
  • 2 oranges, peeled and cut up
  • 2 cups cold water (optional)
  • A bit of orange rind
How to make the fruit punch
  • Whiz all the ingredients in blender.
  • Serve at once, garnished with a sprig of mint.
Variations: 
  1. Add 2 or 3 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate.
  2. Add a few strawberries.

GARNISH WITH PUNCH

  • Put a cherry, berry, grape, melon ball, wedge of orange, lemon, lime, or pineapple, or sprig of mint in each section of ice cube tray.
  • Fill with water and freeze.
  • Unmold and serve in glasses - or in the punch bowl
For the Punch Bowl
  • Fill ring mold ⅔ full of water and freeze (or 1½ inches in bottom of a bowl).
  • Arrange berries, cherries, thin slices of lemon, lime, orange, pineapple, et cetera, or sprig of mint, flowers, et cetera, on top.
  • Cover with water and freeze again.
  • Umold and float in punch bowl.
