How To Prepare Spaghetti Sauce

Vegan and Vegetarian cooking will present to you  how prepare Spaghetti sauce. The recipe that we will present in this post contains 278 calories, 14.2 grams fat and  16.7 grams protein. In order to prepare this spaghetti sauce you need the following ingredients: -
  • ½ cup chopped onion 
  • 1 clove garlic, minced 
  • 1¼ cups Vegeburger 
  • 3 tablespoons oil (olive preferred) 
  • 1 can (6-oz) tomato paste 
  • ¾ cup water 
  • 1 package Spaghetti Sauce mix 
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar 
  • ⅛ teaspoon cumin
How To Make Spaghetti Sauce
  • Saute onion, garlic, and Vegeburger in the oil 
  • Mix tomato paste with water, spaghetti sauce mix, and seasonings until smooth; 
  • add to vegeburger mixture; 
  • simmer ½ hour Spoon over cooked spaghetti, beans, or slices of Oven-Fried eggplants laid in a shallow baking dish. 
  • Bake at 400°F. 10 minutes or until heated through. 
 After this serve the spaghetti sauce whilst still hot.








How To Prepare Mini Fruit Tart

One way of finishing a good meal is to eat something appetizing and delicious at the end. A mini fruit tart is one way you could do that. To prepare a mini fruit tart you need the following ingredients:-
  • 1 recipe sunflower slims unbaked 
  • 1 recipe tart filling 
  • 1 recipe low fat Whipped topping if tarts are prepared ahead of time. 
These ingredients are then cooked into a mini fruit tart:-
  • Cut into 2 inch squares
  • Bake at 375° F about 15 minutes or until delicately browned.
  • Top each square with 1 tablespoon tart filling. 
  • Add 1 teaspoon Low Fat Whipped Topping if Prune-Raisin Tart Filling is used.
After this good work you can then go ahead and enjoy the fruit of your labor.

How To Prepare Vegetable Spaghetti Sauce

You can combine one of these with the spaghetti we prepare in this post and put in a baking dish ready for baking until heated thoroughly.

You can use the following ingredients in the preparation of the vegetable spaghetti sauce : -

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 can or 6 oz tomato paste
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • ½ cup chopped onion. , minced
  • 1 can (2¼ oz) sliced ripe olives (½ cup)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or other oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or 1 bay leaf
  • 1 can (2 oz) mushroom pieces with liquid 
  • 1 can (28 oz) stewed tomatoes, cut up (3½ cups)
  •  ½ teaspoon sweet basil of oregano
  •  ½ teaspoon salt

Below is how to prepare vegetable spaghetti sauce using the ingredients above..



  • Saute the onion and garlic in the oil; add pepper and saute 2 minutes longer. 
  • Add rest of the ingredients as they are prepared; simmer 30 minutes to 1 hour. Add water if necessary to thin during cooking. It is improved if cooked 1 day ahead of serving, as are most tomato dishes.

How To Make Your Food Taste Nice

We all want to eat food that tastes nice, whether the food is vegetarian or not. While that is the case some of the condiments that we may add to our food can be harmful to our bodies. We cannot therefore just add any sort of spices and condiments without seriously considering the effects. Some spices can irritate the stomach lining and lead to stomach ulcers. Just as there are edible plants and poisonous plants, the same is true of condiments. Some condiments may introduce harmful substances in our body that could act as mild poisons.

Blazin' beans recipe

I have come across a numerous friends for whom beans is not one of their favourite legumes. They would rather have anything else but beans. I guess it is because during our high school boarding days we had too much of kidney beans as they are easy to store.
