I have come across a numerous friends for whom beans is not one of their favourite legumes. They would rather have anything else but beans. I guess it is because during our high school boarding days we had too much of kidney beans as they are easy to store. There are however, ways of making blazin' beans as shown in the following video courtesy of the 3ABN's Urban report. I hope you will enjoy it and will put into practice some of the cooking lessons you get from it. All this is done to make vegetarian cooking a joy and the product appetising.
