- 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper.
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped pimento
- 1 package (10-oz.) frozen corn, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten
- ¾ cup evaporated milk
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Tasty Crumbs
How to prepare scalloped corn
- Saute pepper and onion in the oil.
- Mix all ingredients except Tasty Crumbs.
- Put in baking dish, oiled or coated with a vegetable release coating; top with Tasty Crumbs; top with Tasty Crumbs.
- Bake at 350° F. 30 minutes.
- Serve hot.
