Banana-Date Shake Recipe

To prepare 2 servings of banana-date shake we need the following ingredients:

  • ½ cup ice water
  • A drop of vanilla
  • 4 pitted dates
  • 3 tablespoons soy milk powder or ⅓ cup nonfat dry milk
  • ½ frozen banana, chunked
How to prepare the banana date shake

  • Whiz water, vanilla, and dates in blender until smooth; while continuing to whiz add milk powder and banana.
  • Serve immediately as a dessert drink; makes a nourishing, quickie breakfast.
